It’s definitely getting harder the lower I go. Is that something you noticed as well mrsroboto?

Absolutely!! It is painfully slow for me, but I’ve been doing this for so long now, I pretty much know my patterns and it’s not as discouraging as it used to be. My main goal when I started this was better health, so even when the scale isn’t going down, I still find satisfaction in knowing that each day I’m getting healthier, and that’s motivating to me! 😊💪

Suggestions.....Reduce/eliminate food intake prior to sleep (about 2 hrs prior) & sleep 7 to 8 hours each day!!
