Well I'm back to the weight I was 10 days ago. Should I be happy? Maybe... but am I? NO. I have been on a roller-coaster the last 10 days... from 141.1 up to a high of 144.1, and then down to 142.8... now 141.1... Sheesh. It's the end of my TOM but not quite ended yet, so maybe in a few more days I'll see a drop but I'm not holding my breath.

Didn't record my exercise for last night but I did work out. Why am I such a moron? We changed the time on the Wii so I won't miss anymore workouts because of the time... But why it took me so long to think of doing that, I will never know. So yesterday, I did the step aerobics and then the Wii Workout - so about an hour (I think it was like 58 minutes or something)... and around 480-some calories. I needed a break... tonight is supposed to be my "day off" but I think I'll do a repeat of yesterday, with one session of step aerobics followed by the challenge workout for today. Hopefully it'll still be around 450 calories burned. Is that a lot? Now that I was doing ones on the Wii that added up to like 700, I feel like a slacker for burning only 450... but I felt yesterday like my arms really needed a day of rest, my armpit is kinda chaffing (from doing all the arm swinging while marching - even though my skin doesn't like "rub", it still feels kinda sore)... and so yeah. I think Friday or Saturday will be my only REAL day off this week, but yeah hopefully tonight I'll be motivated enough to do almost an hour, and get another challenge day done...
141.1 lb Lost so far: 38.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
