I’ve been stuck at the same weight basically for 2 months.. what should I do to make the scale budge?
150.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so well😊😊 it could be a pesky plateau. I bet you’re ready to have a whoosh 💕 you can try switching things up a little. I can’t see people’s food and exercise on my cell, but honestly if I could, I probably wouldn’t look and just ask what you have been doing. Green tea is such an awesome cleanse. It’s full of antioxidants and gives you energy. I really like cold diet green tea from the store. Up water by another 16 oz. But not if you’re already maxed out because we want to keep our electrolytes.

I’m going to try tea jcmama, also my sister likes to drink golden milk made with turmerica st bedtime and was thinking of giving that a try. Maybe some good alternative drinks that are healthy is what I need and some more water. I haven’t been so good at getting my daily intake of agua so maybe that’s what I need now. Thanks for the suggestion 😉

Awesome Amber😊😊 I’m assuming that’s a turmeric based milk 😊 I can tell you there’s so many benefits from turmeric. And drinking that at night is great. A good nights sleep is so important 💕
