Did some light weights yesterday. Came home super tired and hungry. Went overboard on carbs but reigned myselfnin at dinner (chicken curry and salad... oh there was a small piece of potatoe)
146.4 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
