Enjoying this downward trend. Can't wait for the scale to give me 2's as a first number. Just over 900 calories a day for my meals and I'm not hungry doing it. 100 pounds to go? I guess. Would be nice but who knows what is going to happen.
302.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 102.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
