went on vacation for a week do didn't weigh myself last week. I was thrilled with the numbers I just saw!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1650 kcal Fat: 63.58g | Prot: 75.65g | Carb: 192.11g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, Light 12 Grain Bread, Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch: Cafe Steamers Chicken Red Pepper Alfredo. Dinner: Sides - Garden Salad (Before Dressing), Cheddar Bay Biscuits, Baked Potato with Butter, Grilled Tilapia (Half Portion). Snacks/Other: Special K Cereal Bars - Honey Nut, Peaches, Newtons Fruit Crisps - Mixed Berry. more...
