intermittent fasting, bringing my 2 daily meals closer together, cutting carbs down to 15g or lower seems to be working for me at this place in time.
I'm almost done refurbing my deck and the temp has dropped today.
Rain is on the way, possibly the next 3 days. so I was in fire drill mode for 1 1/2 hrs.
shirt is damp, but no sweat dropped down my face.
I need to do my daily trip to town, to make sure civilization still exists, to know the world isn't just me and my dogs.( I know my dogs understand English. I just wish they would/could speak back to me).
plus i need to pick up a bread loaf tin for an attempt at making Keto almond bread.
I was thinking about raspberries or blueberries for Keto mason jar ice cream.
ill just make butter pecan and not eat the whole or even half of it in one sitting.
I'm still well below the recommended calls.
I'm just don't have the appetite I had last week.
when I do get sluggish, I make my version of bullet proof coffee.
this us a question for all.
I bought some ketone pe E strips. I'm not seeing more than minimal results.
Surely I must be in ketosis with minimal carbs, moderate protein decrease, and moderate fat to still hit cal percents of 75-80% F, 15% P, 5% Carbs
