I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself every day. The goal is to create a habit and keep my goal in the forefront of my mind. yesterday I ate well. Today I will add well! Nutritionally diverse and in a slight deficit.

The community here is nice. The kind words really help 😊

Walked for a couple hours. Tries five pushups despite my mostly healed sprained wrist. Still pretty dodgy... I'll wait a few more days to try that again.

The wife made whole grain cranberry scones (delicious). Tracking calories helps control the urge to go for seconds, thirds, and fourths. She talked shit about my everything salad, haha. It was delicious. I bought $20/250ml balsamic vinegar and it's heavenly. 5 calories per tablespoon. Thick like syrup.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
