I'm depressed today. My scale has not moved in a week. I have kept my calories under 1000 and have tried to keep my carbs under 20 most days. anytime I go over these I would start gaining weight. I have had health issues for so long I just want to run away. The only problem is I take my body with me. ugh. I have the sweetest most understanding husband in the world. He hates it when I'm depressed and he tries to cheer me up. I'm a brat and a complainer. I'm just not happy right now because I've got a new health issue I've got to deal with. I'm just recovering from my back fracture and the wounds that were on my legs. now I've got a new thing to deal with. this is not fun. I hate being fat and frumpy when my whole life I was called skinny mini because I was a toothpick. it's horrible what medication and prednisone does to you. I'm done venting. Sorry I hope to be positive next time. thanks for listening

Hang in there!! The exact same thing happened with me!! Maybe only weigh once a week ( daily fluctuations can be really discouraging).. make sure you pay attention to your water intake... carry on 👍🏼 You’ve got this 💪🏼

Thanks CMC, I'm doing much better today. I lost one half of a pound since yesterday. Yay! My husband is a great positive encourager. We spent the afternoon today batch cooking. We made a couple of zucchini quiche and a creamy chicken and cheesy brussel sprout casserole.

We had a lot of bone broth that we made and my husband was hungry for broccoli soup. We turned it into creamy cheesy broccoli soup that was absolutely delicious. If you see the cup that's the soup in the cup
