I don't trust my scales today. Weighed myself twice to be sure.

If measurement is true, this is the first time since 2017 that I have been this weight.

Fingers crossed that it isn't a fluke.
265.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
