This was actually my weigh in on Saturday, August 14...just forgot to record! Did 1st measurements with Brian that morning as well. per his measurement, down 13.5 inches, measuring 5 spots - upper arms, chest, waist, the butt/gut continuum, and upper thigh.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
