Well, I’m breaking even in maintenance but I would like to reduce my body fat percentage. Any advice?

Thank you both, so I do strength training and I drink green tea occasionally, I will try to increase lifting and my tea intake and see what comes from it. My macros is a little out of wack, a little too many carbs probably doesn’t help.

Weightlifting plus a high carb moderate protein low fat diet. Maintenance calories will work well.
