Well, up a lb even though I am tweaking the diet to eliminate caffeine and alcohol. I guess I just need to stick with it and keep exercising, which I do. Who knows?
201.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
