아침은 프로토콜대로 고기와 야채
점심은 방울토마토 1파운드, 초코칩쿠키 손톱만큼 두 번

탄수를 많이 먹어 그런지... 단백질을 적게 먹어 그런지...
저녁 몸무게가 생각보다 많이 내려가질 않았다. ㅠㅠ

잠 설침. 새벽2-5시반 못잠
