Kristi Davis's, Keto flaxseed crackers recipe.
These are incredibly delicious and a breeze to make.
1C almond flour
2Tbs ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pink salt. I used sea.
3Tbs water
* Pre heat oven to 350°
mix dry ingredients
then add water a little at a time till sticky.
(I didn't use all of my water)
lay parchment paper on cookie sheet, lay out oblong shape dough.
place another piece of parchment paper on top of dough and roll out to about 1/8" thick. Sprinkle pink salt on top and press into dough with parchment paper.
run a pizza cutter through dough to make squares
bake 15-20 minutes
227.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
