I have only run 2 times in September have a 5K coming up Saturday which I am saving myself for. last week we had our fair in town which caused some unhealthy eating. time to reel it back in..
183.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
