I'm not sure why I went up in weight.
Maybe aliens abducted me last night and implanted some lead.
I do take quite a bit of pain med which causes me to become constipated.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
