I will start going back to gym from today. Need to find more keto snack ideas.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gym sounds good. On keto it is better to eat your meals and not snack since you are aiming at keeping your insulin level
