Can't seem to keep the down days low but then again don't use all the calories on the up days that I could , so maybe that's okay.
Had 1 peanut butter Oreo and 2 1x2" bars of some awesome dessert that Janis made - had nuts, cream cheese, sugar and no telling what else and I have no idea how many calories but they were yummy.
