Starting to try to keep up with my sugar and carbs better as per Jorge Cruise. I did pretty good on the sugars today, only 2-3 over. I need to eat more good carbs though.

Went to see "The Switch" at the movies with friends and had popcorn - I don't even know how much but it was very yummy!! Trying to keep the sugar and bad carbs low, hope I am succeeding.

Went to the store to pick up what I could find of the items on Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat reducing plan.
Had lunch with a friend at Logan's Roadhouse. I think I did well except for the dinner roll - had salmon, Caesar salad, and grilled mushrooms! Very yummy!!
