Squats 80. Military 32.5. Missed 4 and 5 on last set (might have been sixth set).

Deadlifts. 80
211.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week
