Trying to figure this one out.... I did work most of the week...sitting at the desk... dehydrated because I was so busy I didn’t want to have to take more breaks... really tried to watch those calories and for the two meals out, I actually skipped 2 meals.... I know I had two really good (for me) moving and exercise days... but it was all a failure for this two week weight in...managed to gain a wonderful 3.2 pounds back! Hope to get to Store tonight and get some fruits and fresh veggies to start having something better and perhaps more nutritional for our eating... need to get back to drinking my water as well this week... more bathroom breaks the more steps in for the day...still have not uncovered the recumbent bike, but going to see about that as well And try to walk after work ...well after it cools down when the sun starts setting...but still daylight enough to see sneaky snake... great plans need action and to work or fail, so I must not fail and act! Ok my self rant over... ☹️
277.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 92.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
