okay so a one pound gain to record during vacations...I was a little upset about it..but I'm coming back on track...my new goal is a 140 so I could fit into a size 6...which I still don't (grrr). I've lost my focus a little...been eating too much bad stuff and in an uncontrolled matter. I hope restarting will give me a boost.

I'm going to begin by drinking 6 cups of water everyday and having 4 meals of around 250-300 calories plus a 100 calorie snack. Food must stop at 7.

Here's to a new school year and a new body.

I hope everyone remained focused and determined during the summer break.

New goal: 140 by October 2nd.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
