Back to working hard at diet and exercise. Took most of the summer off after my son’s wedding on June 15. I’ve had trouble maintaining my ideal weight of 108 but just made it for the wedding day. After wedding decided to loosen up a bit and took time off and as a result gained 7 pounds over the next 2 months. Vacations over. Goal is to get back to ideal weight if 108 by Oct 1. Need to monitor the light beer intake and absolutely NO DISTILLED LIQUOR! Watch the carbs too! Good luck to myself!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
