alhamdulillaah ya rabb that made me very happy even though I had Snickers at night and lots of Oreos today but I guess the intermittent fasting is doing it for me alhamdulillaah
171.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
