Working out steadily. Waiting for the pounds to drop off. Hopefully I'm building muscle and losing fat. Can't wait to see noticeable results.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
