Averaged 1417 calories, (66% carbs, 19% fat, 15% protein) vs. 1657 planned. Average 35mg cholesterol daily, 4g saturated fat. Fiber 39.7g daily. Exercised a minimum of 30 minutes daily plus an avg 2.5 mile walk with the dogs at least 5 mornings per week.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
