Loving the 5:2!

1. I am losing weight at a reasonable and steady rate.
2. I am now officially a smidgen under 10 stone.
Very happy with that.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 January 2013:
1262 kcal Fat: 48.61g | Prot: 44.11g | Carb: 154.24g.   Breakfast: Clear Honey, Butter, Bread, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Braeburn Apples, Low Fat Yogurt, Chorizo, Sundried Tomato Steamed Basmati Rice, Tap Water. Dinner: Butter, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Baby New Potatoes, Cheese and Bacon Chicken Kiev. Snacks/Other: Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Baked Mini Cheddars. more...
