Same weight as last week. I was hoping I would have lost some but I know what extras that I ate during the week. Had a few days where I walked on trails so I got exercise. Walking was very nice.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
