up a tad ... still feel like I am on track. refusing to go to weekly weigh in with no supper. next week will show a loss again when I stick to what I have been doing. This past week missed 2 suppers which lead to evening over eating.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
