so again, I've restarted my diet. intermittent fasting, low carb and at least half an hour of some activity. This is the lowest point of my weight loss journey, and the highest weight k have been in my life (pregnancy included)
174.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
