I took a walk before I ate, and now I am so tired, even after eating some blueberries. Perhaps I should allow myself to rest 5 minutes to rejuvenate. We don't seem to allow ourselves a break....so I will do that! Good luck everyone. I celebrated a bit at being 159, now I am struggling to get back down to 159! Life sucks, doesn't it? I am not giving up, though. I know what I need to do to lose some more. No candy, cookies, or ice cream. It is that simple for me. Anything else I don't gorge on. I like my veggie stew. It is so comforting to eat, yum, yum. and my yam for sweetness. and my fresh green beans and peas out of my garden! I love fresh blueberries, too.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

By all means, take a rest! Then, once rested, you'll get on down to 159 and lower, I'm sure. Is your veggie stew in the cookbook here?

You must rest your body! That way it can get itself back together and work to the best of it's abilities! Nourishment is important as well!

I have read that you should wait 20 minutes after you exercise before you eat. You're right....don't give up!!
