So my mom made meatloaf yesterday and I had a few good servings of it but stayed away from the mashed potatoes.. I’m going to stay away from heavy fattening foods today.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
