Ugh. Post-load weight... and maybe my MIA TOM.
I guess I couldn't skate by this time with losing during loading like last time, eh?
So, my goal for this round is 14lbs. Just to see the 150's. Gonna see where we are at 21 days of VLCD. Maybe extend to 30 days of VLCD max.
Not as harsh of a load weight like my friend... so I can't cry to her hahaha... Besides, this is what I get for eating 6 waffles. Oh well. Good fats next time!
