Yesterday...I met all of my goals....but happened to get ahold of at least 10 mini heath bars...aghh! It's hard to bake for others and not eat the goodies yourself. Oh well. I told myself that I had to take responsibility for eating them and didn't feel guilty.

Todays goals:
- No sweet treats (except fruit).
- Help clean friends house...shaking my booty for cardio.
- No beer!
- 1 veggie today.
128.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
