Ugh. Beer. I had 2.5 yesterday...yummy dark beer with lots of calories...and I also had a brownie and 3 mini heath bars this morning...I hope the rest of the day will be better!

Yesterday...I met all of my goals....but happened to get ahold of at least 10 mini heath bars...aghh! It's hard to bake for others and not eat the goodies yourself. Oh well. I told myself that I had to take responsibility for eating them and didn't feel guilty.

Todays goals:
- No sweet treats (except fruit).
- Help clean friends house...shaking my booty for cardio.
- No beer!
- 1 veggie today.
