Managed to NOT have any weekend weight gain, plus I lost a smidge - WOO HOO!!! I think it's because I was between paychecks, so there was less going out. I spent nearly an hour walking on Saturday plus ab work, and spent 35 minutes on the treadclimber last night. Every little bit helps! Celebrate the small victories!!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
