Lost a little. Noticed when I eat more grains (breads) in a day or days in a row, and when I eat late I gain weight. Still so tired or tracking, measuring/weighing (when I do), and changing from what I want to eat to what I know is better to eat in order to lose weight. I am walking more (at least two to three times a week) and about two to three miles each time beside the steps in my regular work day or when I am off. Today I did not walk but slept in 1 hour later than usual. The next three mornings I will be working so if I walk, it will be later in the afternoon, rather than, early in the morning (the time I like to walk). Soon it will be cold outside and I will have to bundle up or walk inside our Rec Center (drive 1 mile to get there, but at least they have a track to walk on). Hopefully next week I will have lost more weight. I feel good though.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
