Well I've seen how poor eating can ruin all my hard work, even though I've been going to the gym, it wasn't enough. The last two days I've been in control, so hopefully next week when I weigh in I'll be back in the 240s.

I am right there with you! I had a bad weekend with eating even though I kept my exercise routine the same and the scale reflects that. :\ I'm glad you are back in control, but don't get too discouraged if you are not back in the 240s in one week. Weight loss takes time. Good luck!! :D

Do you know what triggered your poor eating?

iamachristianjesus I think just feeling down on myself....sometimes I get in this mindset I'll never be thin there's no way I can loose 100 lbs.

Do 5 or 10 pounds at a time. Reward yourself with non food items every time you reach a goal. We all get down and fall off our plans. Get back on the next meal. You lose weight in the kitchen and get firm at the gym. Stick with it and you will be at goal before you know it.

Yes it is really hard. I know and I still struggle with feelings about how I look and you see how far I have come. I finally just decided that when that person is nagging me to look at a year from now. Where can I be in one year if I stick to it. The one thing I have learned doing this is it takes time and I have to tell myself that every time I get impatient. It is also easier if I look back to where I have come from. Look up eating clean. I promise you if you can just stick to it a few weeks you will see the results you want. Sometimes I just cook up a large portion one day of like chicken, brown rice and veggies. Then just put the rest in the fridge. Then when I get hungry I go put some on a plate and warm it up. It really helps when I am in a pinch for time but still want to eat healthy. Also I still have to cook for my family everyday. I am sure they don't want to eat the same things as often as I do. But I want to be healthy even if it takes the time. The time I spend eating healthy is time I save trying to kill myself over unhealthy choices. If you want me to visit with you anymore about stuff just let me know. :) Praying the best for you!
