I saw some friends I hadn't see in a while last night and they mentioned I looked great! Thinnest I have been in 20 years. Measured my waist and its 28!
154.4 lb Lost so far: 90.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
