You can bet I’m crazy. I had my one meal at lunch but ate way too much Just ate a pint of ice cream to finish off my day of happy eating!!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 69.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love doing that...not gonna lie. I'd rather knock it outta the park and go out with a bang restart fresh in the morning. So worth it for me. (When I actually restart, that is...I've had many years of not restarting) 😉💕

Last time I did this it shook things up and I went back down more. So it’s worth the shake up!!
