I drank more water this last week, at least 64oz daily. Measured out my water every day. Did not make it to excersise as much as I wanted to. And i did forget to post a for a few days.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
