Today I hit my 40 pounds lost since starting my weight loss journey. Yes I hit this last year but didn't believe in myself enough to take control. This year is different it is a lifestyle change for me. Yes I may have an evening where I eat a few more carbs then normal - but it does not control me anymore!! That is a major change for me. In the past I would run like a maniac to all my favorite eating spots, go by the grocery store and stock up like it was dooms day. But not this year!! Have been on track every day except two where I ate a few more carbs for one meal only...YEA ME!!

50 and fabulous!! My year to finally appreciate myself and love me for me!!
182.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go again...I am kinda replaying last year too! But its a new year and the goals will be hit again! Good luck and keep up the loss!!! :)
