1931 kcal Fat: 44.64g | Prot: 71.18g | Carb: 324.42g.   Breakfast: Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry, Bananas, Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D. Lunch: pepper triscuit, gala apple, pudding snack pack, Carrots, Celery, Black Beans no salt added, hunts no salt diced tomatoes,  tomato paste, garlic, red onion, mushrooms , olive oil, dried ancho chili pepper. Dinner: Pork Carnitas, mexican beans, pasta sauce, Whole Grain Pasta, parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other: Low Fat Brownies, Lite Beer (Bottle). more...
