I haven’t been too good recording last few days but have been eating generally healthy with some occasional treats. Weight hasn’t seemed to fluctuate much so definitely maintaining. I’ll get there just slow and easy for now. I need to enjoy what’s left of summer and have a vacation coming up next week so I’ll try my best to “behave” until then lol..
151.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
