1st day back from the wicked food of seaside blackpool. I honestly tried to find a salad that wasn't coming with chips.

3 pounds extra to shred before Christmas.
280.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
