YAY!!! I lost 5 pounds!!! Finally it is starting to come off! This feels really good!! Okay so today I bought me a 3 liter bottle of water (101.4 ounces)so my goal is to drink this before I leave work today and be working on a second one on my way to the gym. I will be doing the eliptical machine for about 30-45 minutes then I will be working with a personal trainer! I hope he pushes me to my limits! Last night I did 1 hour of Water Aerobics and I am pretty sore from that but it feels good! I can feel my abs tightening up!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good job on the 5 lbs! Keeping your water with you is a great way to make sure you drink enough.

I take water or fresh brewed tea with me everywhere so I am not tempted to buy soda or something else. Good job!
