Well pound gained is lost! Yippee!I did a cardio fast yesterday. Tried a new HItt class at gym. Good to mix things up a bit.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
