I did a short 12 hour fast yesterday and go figure..I gained a pound! #whocares
139.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just your body doing some adjustments I guess. I’m in a quandary over my body and the scale too. Carrying on!

Stay with it, your hard work will pay off. Our weight fluctuates, but if you stay on your program, the trend will move ever downward.
