scale has been going the wrong direction this week, not sure why but if I'm as busy as usual this weekend I'm sure it will drop. my only suspicion for the gain is eating later at night since this week I had to stay at work til 6 each night?
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
